Chocolate

Semi-sweet dark Belgian chocolate.  Requires melting (this is NOT chocolate sauce, but as you can see in the picture, is chocolate that needs to be melted).  Comes with heating/melting instructions (best is to melt in bain-marie).

As a guide, use 1 lbs. chocolate per dozen waffles.
